Q - How long does it take to open an account?

A - The account will be opened immediately. If you are paying by Account credit it may take 24 hours for funds to clear.

Q - How can I pay?

A - Payment is by credit card or bank transfer.

Q - How does Bank transfers work?

A – You deposit money into our bank account and your account will be credited with the amount. When you deposit the money put your NZ Phone Cards Account number as reference. The next day you can purchase using Account Credit option.

Q - Which credit cards do you accept?

A - We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX & Diners

Q - Which countries can I call from and to?

A - You can call anywhere in the world.

Q – How do I find the call rates?

A - You use the Rate finder function and select the destination you want to call.

Q – My transaction went through fine but I did not get the pin email?

A – Check in your junk mail and save our email address for future emails to come straight into your inbox.

Q – Can I get a physical printed card?

A – We do not deliver printed cards we only send pin email.

Q – I have a card which I use but is not currently on your website?

A – Send us an email and we will get it for you.

Q – If I use a phone card on my landline do I get an extra bill from my service provider?

A – No. Phone cards are prepaid and do not have extra bills.

Q –I lost my pin number?

A – Simply log on to your account and you will get your entire purchases list together with the pin numbers. To acess your account area you click on My Account on top of check out small box > log on using the details we sent to you when you opened your account > Click on Check in > On the your account screen where it says Take me to.... select Account information > under order history it will list all your previous orders select the order with the pin you want by clicking on ID number > click here to get pin details.
